My appointment was at 2pm, I was there at 1:30 as the reminder said to be there 30 mins early. I checked in and waited until 2:20 and checked back in with the receptionist. I finally got taken back at 2:30 for vitals and then waited another 15 mins to see the doctor. The doctor then told me the front desk never checked me in and she had actually taken the 2:30 patient before me because she didn???t know I was there. On top of that, I was supposed to schedule my follow up mammogram but the representative said she was struggling with the new system and she would just call me the next day to schedule, which she never did.

All of the staff maintain a professional attitude, they are always respectful, very kind, genuinely caring, and ask how I am doing. They always have my best interest in mind and make me feel as welcome and comfortable as possible during my appointments. I have had and continue to have a great experience during my appointments and look forward to continuing to receive medical services at this location.

I would give higher score but the parking situation to get to my appointment was absolutely ridiculous! I'm in a wheelchair and we had to park way in the back of lot in front of ER and go over numerous speed bumps. This was after going thru garage many times to no avail plus trip around back to the spaces reserved for radiation and oncology to find all of them occupied by construction trucks! That was very disappointing. Hopefully by the time I have follow up visit in 6 months, things will be better! My doctor visit was fine as usual but the whole experience left me unhappy!

I've been pleased with the care at MD Anderson, I like the staff and have had in my opinion excellent care. We may not agree on everything care wise, but they are willing to listen to my opinon when I express it and we can have an exchange of views. Ilike not being treated like I'm an idiot.

Dr. A, Holly, Jennifer and Nathan were all wonderful people to work with. They made the process easy and explained the importance of following the steps to keep hydrated, protein enriched food, and lotions to use and of course rest. They are all a great team. Also not to forget check in girls and the girl who took my vitals in oncology office. The entire experience was seem less and a great experience. I tell everyone e how great MD Anderson has been and what a great experience.
