Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring an Associate Director, Development to join the Foundation Team.  This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducts a wide variety of duties related to fundraising and stewardship.
• Collaborates with the fundraising team on gift proposals, fundraising appeals and initiatives and other donor-related activities.
• Maintains an individual gift portfolio and relationships with low/mid-level donors.
• Coordinates stewardship and donor prospecting events is also a key responsibility of this role

***This position will require some nights and weekends due to events.
