Our full sleep disorder evaluation begins with a comprehensive history and physical examination performed by one of our specialty physicians.
If the results of this examination indicate the need for a formal sleep study, you will be scheduled for a study at one of our four convenient locations shown in the map below.
Scheduling Your Diagnostic Sleep Study
A Baptist Health coordinator will reach out to schedule your sleep study appointment once they have received the referral from your physician. They will also assist you with your insurance questions and give you complete instructions for the test.
