We're Moving!

Lyerly Neurosurgery at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville is relocating to a new office building in the Pavilion at our Baptist Jacksonville campus. We will begin treating patients in this new space on July 21, 2025.

Convenient parking options are still available to patients in the P2 parking garage. If you have an appointment on or after July 21, please be sure to come to our new location in Suite 1400 of the Pavilion.
