NEW: We’re Going Paperless

For a more secure, convenient, and eco-friendly way to view your bills, Baptist Health will be switching all patients to paperless billing on January 2, 2025.

Rather than risk losing a bill in the mail, you will be notified of any new bills via My Baptist Chart, email and/or text based on your communication preferences.

If you need to update your email address, phone number or communication preferences, please visit My Baptist Chart, or call the number on the bottom of your statement.

If you are unsure about paperless billing, don’t worry. You can switch back anytime. We will provide instructions on how to opt-out promptly after the transition occurs on January 2.
