Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Chief Consumer Officer to join the Bapitst Health System Administrative team.   This is a full-time opportunity located in Jacksonville, Florida.

The Chief Consumer Officer (CCO) is a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is the driving force behind Baptist Health's brand vision and consumer experience strategy, ensuring the health system retains its position as a trusted, community-focused and patient-centered leader and ensuring that its services are accessible, personalized and aligned with consumer expectations and the health system's mission. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, marketing and communications, planning, community impact and engagement, web development and management, customer experience and insights. The CCO is responsible for elevating the health system's reputation, driving growth, fostering a customer-centric culture, building and sustaining brand loyalty, managing brand experience, identity and presence (both physically and digitally), and cultivating strong relationships between the health system and all key stakeholders including clinical and medical staffs.
