Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Clinical Rehab Supervisor to our Hospital Rehab Services Team in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time opportunity at our Baptist Clay Outpatient Rehab Clinic.

The Clinical Rehab Supervisor at Baptist Clay Outpatient Rehab Clinic will be working in an outpatient setting that will include managing the team as well as some clinical work.

Clinical Rehab Supervisor, Outpatient Rehab Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership to and supervision of Rehab staff.
  • Oversees daily operations of the clinic.
  • Provides patient care for multiple outpatient rehabilitation diagnoses in his/her area of licensure.
  • Oversee age specific competencies according to clinic population.

Experience

  • 3-5 Years Clinical Patient Care Experience
  • Adult Experience
  • Experience in Outpatient Setting Experience Collaborating with Multiple Rehab Specialties (PT, OT, SLP)
  • Orthopedics and Post-Op care experience preferred

License and Certification

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist Required OR
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Required OR
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist Required 
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Required
