Job Summary

Responsible for leading a team in the administration, maintenance, and implementation of compensation programs based on policies and procedures that promote market competitiveness with an internal focus on equity. The manager will ensure that all jobs are evaluated, classified, and priced appropriately, to effectively create an infrastructure that supports the growth and strategies of the organization. Responsible for auditing and reviewing team processes for continued efficiency. Partnering w/ recruitment management to ensure collaboration between recruitment and compensation. *Certification Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).

Hybrid Work Schedule:

  • 3 days per week in the office
  • 2 days per week working from home (WFH)

Experience

  • 7 + years Compensation Experience Preferred
  • 7 + years Related Experience Required
  • 3-5 Years Management Experience Required
  • Process Improvement Experience

License and Certification
