Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a PRN Cook to our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Nassau. This is a PRN opportunity. This position will working as needed and equires flexibility for various 8-hour shifts between 6:00am and 7:30pm.
As a Cook I, you will be responsible for:
- Measuring, mixing, portioning and cooking according to provided recipes and production charts for patients, guests, and staff.
- Working clean, safe, and sanitary in accordance with department policies
- Filling out all logs, production charts, cleaning schedules, etc assigned by management in accordance with department policies and procedures
