Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook II in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Clay, located in Fleming Island, FL.This is a Full-Time opportunity working various shift times and every other weekend.
This position will support the Patient Food Service team within the Food and Nutrition Services department. The ideal candidate will have breakfast preparation experience and experience cooking for a variety of dietary needs. A current ServSafe food handler certification is required.
As the Cook II, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quality food using standardized recipes and proper safety and sanitation techniques
- Serving regular and modified diet hot foods on patient tray line
- Possessing the ability to batch cook
- Following HACCP guidelines
- ServSafe certification required

Baptist Clay Medical Campus is located on 32 acres at U.S. 17 and Village Square Parkway on Fleming Island. The facility opened in May 2013 to bring the high-quality care of Wolfson Children’s Hospital and Baptist Health to residents of Clay County.
