Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook II in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Nassau, located in Fernandina Beach, FL.This is a Full-Time opportunity working various shift times and every other weekend.
As the Cook II, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing quality food using standardized recipes and proper safety and sanitation techniques
- Serving regular and modified diet hot foods on patient tray line
- Possessing the ability to batch cook
- Following HACCP guidelines
- ServSafe certification preferred
