Job Summary

** Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus, if hired!**

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Cook II to our Dietary Department at Baptist Beaches. This is a PRN opportunity working various shifts as needed for department coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience as a line cook or grill cook. ServSafe certification is required.

As a Cook II, you will be responsible for:

    • Cold prep
    • Preparing quality food using standardized recipes and proper safety and sanitation techniques
    • Serving regular and modified diet hot foods on patient tray line
    • Possessing the ability to batch cook
    • Following HACCP guidelines

  • 3-5 Years Food Service Experience
