Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Credentials Trainer to join the Baptist Physician Enterprise. This is full-time position located at the Southbank Plaza on the downtown Jacksonville campus.

Responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of assigned curriculum and be able to communicate effectively to end users in a classroom, webinar, eLearning and other modalities as appropriate. The trainer will be expected to keep materials and classroom environment pleasant and current. The trainer will work with the appropriate Principal Trainer or team lead to facilitate the creation of performance support tools and other modalities for the purpose of meeting end user needs.

*Credentialed in a minimum of one Epic application within 90 days of hire
