Job Summary
This role is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education programs at the health system level. This includes managing nurse residency and transition-to-practice programs, as well as inpatient and specialty clinical education initiatives. The role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and excellence in clinical practice to ensure high-quality patient care and staff competency.
