Director, Clinical Development, Learning and Development Administration

Job Summary

This role is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education programs at the health system level. This includes managing nurse residency and transition-to-practice programs, as well as inpatient and specialty clinical education initiatives. The role focuses on fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and excellence in clinical practice to ensure high-quality patient care and staff competency.

Education Required

Master's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

Experience

• Over 5 years Education Experience Required
• Over 5 years Leadership role Required
• 7 + years Nursing Experience Required
• 7 + years Clinical Practice Experience Required
• 7 + years Clinical Nursing Experience Required

License and Certification

• Nursing Professional Development � Board Certified (NPD-BC) Preferred
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
