Job Summary

The Director of Operations will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR services and solutions to meet the needs of team members and the organization. Focusing on providing comprehensive HR support and guidance, streamlining processes, and enhancing the employee experience through efficient service delivery. This role will oversee all HR Project Management and the Lean Operation Specialists.

Experience

  • 7 + years Experience in HR management, with a focus on HR service delivery and operations Required
  • 7 + years Experience in a $2-billion-dollar healthcare system or larger Required
  • 3-5 Years Experience supporting Mergers and Acquisitions due diligence and integration Required
  • Project Management Experience Required
  • Employee Relations Experience Required
  • Knowledge of related industry, organizational policies, practices & procedures, Required
  • Legal Experience
  • Experience in developing & implementing a strategic planning process Required

License and Certification

  • Lean Six Sigma certification Preferred
