Job Summary

Baptist MD Anderson is hiring a Driver for the Mammography Bus.  This position will also have PAS REP II responsibilities.  This is a PRN opportunity with various shifts.  It is located in downtown Jacksonville.

  • Provides transportation for mammography equipment and team members in mobile mammography unit.
  • May be responsible for utilizations of wheelchair, lifts and providing assistance to patients and visitors.
  • Registers patients accurately and efficiently
  • Utilization of multiple systems and interfaces
  • Cross-Trained in order to work in multiple patient access areas
  • Maintains service excellence to patients and visitors for face-to-face and telephonic encounters
  • Contributes to department goals defined annually (Collections, Palm Scanning, etc.)
  • Possesses a strong understanding of State and Federal regulations including EMTALA, AHCA, and JCAHO
  • Maintains a professional relationship with all clinical and non-clinical team members
  • Able to articulate compliance documentation and ensure completion of required patient consent forms
  • Maintains patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA guidelines

*requires class B CDL, and clean driving record
