Epic Credentialed Trainer, Clinical Training Department, Full Time Hybrid Jacksonville, Baptist Medical Center.
The primary responsibility of the Epic Credentialed Trainer entails conducting classroom sessions to train newly recruited personnel on all clinical systems within the organization. This involves close collaboration with the principal trainer to develop educational content of high quality. Additionally, there is a pivotal role in maintaining and deploying training materials across the organization. This role will require advanced knowledge of Epic
As an Epic Credentialed Trainer you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for achieving in-depth knowledge of assigned Epic applications and be able to communicate effectively to end users in a classroom, webinar, eLearning, and other modalities as appropriate.
- The trainer will be expected to keep materials and classroom environment pleasant and current.
- The trainer will work with the appropriate Principal Trainer or team lead to facilitate the creation of performance support tools and other modalities for the purpose of meeting end-user needs.
- Credentialed in a minimum of one Epic application or eligible to become credentialed in Epic applications within six weeks of hire date.
