Epic Professional Billing Analyst specializes in managing and optimizing the Epic Professional Billing application within healthcare organizations. They analyze workflows, configure system settings, and implement solutions to enhance billing operations and revenue cycle efficiency. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They also provide training, create detailed documentation, and support system upgrades and enhancements. Strong analytical skills, knowledge of healthcare billing processes, and Epic certification are critical for success in this role. The analyst's contributions are key to ensuring accurate billing, streamlined processes, and financial stability for the organization.

As an Epic Clinical EHR Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Plans, analyzes, designs, implements, tests and maintains Rev Cycle EHR software applications. Interfaces with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems, develops and modifies procedures to solve data processing problems and prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written.
• Coordinates implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of complex workflows with multiple modules.
• Utilize deep understanding of the technical components of all modules to maintain system integrity.
• Requires working knowledge and experience in own job discipline. Works to broaden own capabilities by continuing to build knowledge of the organization, processes and customers. Performs a range of assignments using guidelines or policies.
• Analyzes and solves straightforward problems as they occur but typically requires guidance on complex or unusual problems. Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction from more experienced team members
