Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Food Service Supervisor in our Dietary Department at Baptist Medical Center Downtown. This is a Full-Time position working various shifts Monday through Friday and rotating Sunday mornings from 7:00am-8:30am for stock processing and prep.

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Training and coaching associates
• Prepares food and drinks
• Recommends discipline
• Participate in assignment of positions
• Conduct standards review
• Customer service to patients, guests, and staff
• Monitor and assign breaks
