Job Summary
Baptist Health is looking to add an IS Service Communications Manager to out team located at Baptist Jacksonville in a Hybrid setting
Technology Communication and Change Management Manager will develop and execute strategic internal and external communication plans for the Baptist Health Information Services (IS) department to inform and engage targeted audiences and achieve business objectives. This person will collaborate with senior/executive leadership to develop executive-level communications, presentations, and materials that promote the mission and strategic goals of the organization.
IS Service Communications Manager responsibilities:
- Directed by policies, organized and structured in processes and supporting procedures that are performed by an organization to design, plan, deliver, operate and control information technology services offered to the business / customers.
- Functional areas cover Incident, Problem, Service, and Change Management.
- Manages professional employees and/or subordinate supervisors. Has accountability for the performance and results of a team or multiple teams within own area of specialization.
- Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
- The time-frame for objectives is typically annual in nature. Decisions and problem solving require the application of subject matter expertise and a firm understanding of the organization's policies and procedures.
- Provides technical and subject matter guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.

- Epic EHR knowledge
- ServiceNow Experience
- ERP / HCM platforms knowledge
- Web design, Canva, Adobe, Photoshop etc
