About the LPN Transition and Training Program: Baptist Health is offering new graduates an 11-week transition and training program.

Participants will learn from the best healthcare leaders in Northeast Florida!

Education Required

Vocational School

Education Preferred

Associate's Degree

Experience

• 3-5 Years Employee Health Experience Preferred
• 1 year Hospital Experience Preferred

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Practical Nurse Required
