Job Summary

We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Medical Office Manager II for our new Orthopaedic Clinic located at Baptist Clay!

This Medical Office Manager II will be responsible for working collaboratively with the Orthopedic Service Line Director. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal clinical operations, a commitment to patient care, experience developing budgets and pro-formas, and a passion for building a successful program.

This is a full time, day shift opportunity in our newest Orthopedic Clinic opening at Baptist Clay to serve the community needs!

As an Orthopedic Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the physician's office including:

  • Staffing
  • Scheduling
  • Profit/Loss
  • Complaint Resolution
  • Patient Satisfaction
  • Compliance With Regulatory Requirements
  • Work Flow Efficiency
  • Vendor Relationships
  • Marketing

Education Required

High School Diploma/GED

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree

Experience

  • Three-Five Years Management Experience Preferred
  • One-Two Years Experience Working in an Orthopedic Clinic Preferred
  • Knowledge of Non-Surgical Clinical Interventions Preferred (PRP, Stem Cell, etc.)

License and Certification

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
  • Degree in Athletic Training Preferred
