We are seeking a Nurse Navigator to join our clinic oncology team supporting the General Urology clinic at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center, located in Jacksonville, Florida.  Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center combines the clinical breakthroughs of the number one cancer center in America and the full resources of North Florida’s largest and most preferred health system.

As an Outpatient Oncology Nurse Navigator your responsibilities would include:

  • Acts as an educator and advocate for all newly diagnosed cancer patients and their families.
  • Coordinates the care of cancer patients across the health care continuum, optimizing patient outcome in cost effective environment.

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

  • 3-5 Years Oncology Experience
  • Customer Service Experience

License and Certification

  • Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) Preferred
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
  • Driver's License Required
