Office Specialist, BPC Endocrinology, Baptist South

Job Summary

*Up to a $1,000 Sign on Bonus Available*

We are looking for an experienced Office Specialist for the Baptist Primary Care Endocrinology office located at Baptist South. This position will report to work Monday through Friday.

The primary role of this position is to provide telephone support for the Office Specialist team at Baptist Primary Care.

Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:

• Accurate processing of incoming/outgoing calls
• Check-in/out of patients in a clinic setting
• Verification of patient demographic information
• Collection of insurance data
• Identification and/or creation of appropriate accounts
• Collection of indicated co-payments and/or share of cost
• Ensure patient safety using positive patient identification protocols and obtain the appropriate consents as required
