Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Office Specialist II for the Baptist Metabolic Weight Loss Clinic located at Baptist Jacksonville and Nocatee. This is a Full-Time Days opportunity Monday through Friday.
The Office Specialist II for Baptist Metabolic Weight Loss will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. The Office Specialist II performs all administrative duties for the office and ensures that the office runs smoothly and without disruption. The Office Specialist II provides exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all patient interactions.
Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist II may include:
- Patient registration
- Check in and check out
- Scanning documents
- Posting charges and payments
- Telephone protocols
- Assisting patients as needed
