Baptist Health is looking for an experienced Office Specialist for the Primary Care office located in Reedy Branch/Baymeadows. This position will report to work Monday through Friday.

The Office Specialist for Baptist Primary Care will provide business services for patients and the healthcare system. This well-established Baptist Primary Care office is located at the intersection of Baymeadows Road and Reedy Branch Drive, close to I 295 and I 95.

Additional responsibilities for the Office Specialist may include:

• Patient registration
• Check in and check out
• Scanning documents
• Posting charges and payments
• Telephone protocols
• Assisting patients as needed

• One-Two Years Front Desk Experience Preferred
