Job Summary
We are currently seeking to hire a highly motivated and experienced Orthopedic Technician for our new Orthopedic Clinic located at Baptist Clay!
This Medical Orthopedic Technician will be responsible for patient care activities as designated by the manager and/or physician.
This is a full time, day shift opportunity in our newest Orthopedic Clinic opening at Baptist Clay to serve the community needs!
As an Orthopedic Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Assistint with daily clinical responsibilies of the office
- Assisting with rooming patients and charting
- Application of braces, casts, splints, durable medical equipment, and other orthopedic modalities as needed
- Responding to patient calls and messages within EPIC

Education Required
High School Diploma/GED
Education Preferred
Associate's Degree
Experience
- One-Two Years Nursing Assistant Experience Preferred
- One-Two Years of Experience in Orthopedics Preferred.
- Emergency Medical Technician Experience Preferred
- Experience Working in an Acute Care Setting Preferred
- EMT, Acute Care Experience Preferred
License and Certification
- Athletic Training Certification and Licensure Preferred.
