Baptist Medical Center is hiring a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Care Rehab team at Wolfson Children's Hospital in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a PRN position with various shifts.
The Pediatric Occupational Therapist will support the Acute Care Rehab team, evaluating and treating patients with developmental, neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a pediatric acute care setting supporting a multidisciplinary team as well as experience with patient and family education.
Pediatric Occupational Therapist, Acute Care Rehab Department, Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluates and treats patients with neurological, orthopedic, and medical diagnoses.
- Extensive patient/family education.
- Works with multidisciplinary team care.
- Inservices interdisciplinary team members and hospital staff
