Job Summary
Baptist Health is currently looking to hire a Registered IV Admix Pharmacy Technician at Baptist Medical Center South. This is a PRN, various shift opportunity with a need for day shifts Monday through Sunday. This candidate will be responsible for preparing compounded sterile medications using aseptic techniques within an IV Room, refilling our automated dispensing cabinet, and assisting in the central pharmacy. This candidate must be licensed and registered as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Florida before hire.
As an IV Admix Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Pharmacist on duty.
- Compounding of IV admixtures.
- Filling of automated dispensing cabinets and unit-dose medication orders and envelopes.
- Basic reconstitution of oral suspensions.
- Packaging of medications.
All activities performed by this Pharmacy Technician will be under the supervision of a Florida licensed Pharmacist.

- 1-2 years Pharmacy Technician Experience
