Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Radiology Technologist to our Imaging at Baptist South for our Peak Staffing (Internal Traveler) Program located in Jacksonville, Florida. This position is a key component of Baptist Medical Center's esteemed Internal Traveler Program, offering a 12-week contract with a FT weekends schedule working Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 7:00pm to 7:00am. This position is eligible to renew their contract after 12 weeks for up to two contracts in total.

This Radiology Technologist, will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing high quality Radiology procedures.
  • Promoting good will amongst co-workers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
  • Maintain compliance with mandatory education and health requirements.
  • Identifying, preparing, administering, and documenting medications as prescribed by a licensed practitioner in accordance with state, and federal regulations or Lawful institutional policy.

  • Registered Technologist in Radiography ARRT (R) Required
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
  • Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required
