Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Registered Nurse to its Pediatric Surgery Center unit at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a PRN Day shift opportunity with a commitment of 2 shifts per week.

As an RN in the Pediatric Operating Room, your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for coordination, preparation of assigned room/case
• Assessment of patients, anticipation of needs of the case
• Perform accurate and complete documentation
• Knowledge of sterile and aseptic technique and sterilization processes.
• No weekends, holidays, or call coverage. 
• Must have experience circulating in the OR

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 1-2 years Perioperative Nursing Experience

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
