Job Summary

Baptist Medical Center is currently looking to add a Registered Pharmacy Tech IV Admix to our Pharmacy at Baptist Clay. This is a Full-time Various Shift opportunity. The IV technician shifts will be varied; working days, evenings and weekend shifts. Hospital and IV room experience preferred.

As a Pharmacy Technician IV Admix, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Pharmacist on duty.
  • Compounding of IV admixtures.
  • Filling of automated dispensing cabinets and unit-dose medication orders and envelopes.
  • Basic reconstitution of oral suspensions.
  • Packaging of medications.
  • All activities will be under the supervision of a Florida licensed Pharmacist.

  • 1-2 years Pharmacy Technician Experience

License and Certification

  • Registered Pharmacy Tech (RPT) with Florida Board of Pharmacy Required
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT) Preferred
