Job Summary

This position plays a key role in supporting the strategic growth of our healthcare system. As a key team member, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive logistical and operational support to business development initiatives aligned with system-wide strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, technical support, and event planning, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Development leadership to design and implement logistics for growth initiatives and strategic partnerships.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, and events related to business development efforts.

  • Provide technical and operational support for tools, systems, and processes that drive business development performance.

  • Maintain and update databases, reports, and tracking systems to support informed decision-making.

  • Support outreach efforts including preparation of materials, scheduling, and follow-up communications.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and administrative teams to ensure seamless execution of business development strategies.

  • Conduct research and compile data to support market analysis and planning.

  • Assist with the development and execution of events and engagement strategies with community partners, physician groups, and healthcare stakeholders.

  • Monitor project timelines and milestones, ensuring accountability and successful execution of deliverables.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in the healthcare industry required
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical support or operational coordination required
  • 1–2 years of event planning or logistics coordination required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM or project management tools a plus

  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
