As a Senior Analyst specializing in Epic Radiant (Radiology) and integrated third-party radiology systems, you will play a pivotal role in the lifecycle of clinical software applications. This includes planning, analyzing, designing workflows, implementing systems, converting data, testing functionality, and maintaining the integrity of Clinical/EHR software.The role demands a deep understanding of interfaces between clinical applications and hardware, with expertise in managing integrations across multiple EMRs. Collaborating directly with end-user departments and operational leaders, you will proactively address and resolve cross-application software, hardware, and workflow challenges to ensure seamless operations and optimal performance.

Sr. Epic Radiant Analyst Responsibilities:

• Plans, analyzes, designs, implements, tests and maintains Clinical/EHR software applications.
• Interfaces with user departments to anticipate and resolve problems, develops and modifies procedures to solve data processing problems and prepares detailed specifications from which programs are written.
• Coordinates implementation, analysis and testing, maintenance and upgrades, application design, and debugging of complex workflows with multiple modules.
• Utilize deep understanding of the technical components of all modules to maintain system integrity. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Solves complex technical problems in own discipline.
• Works independently with minimal guidance. May lead small projects with limited scope/risks or workstreams within a broader project.
• May also have accountability for on-going processes, programs or activities.
• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Level at which a career may stabilize for many years or until retirement.
• Knowledge of application interface
• Workflow development and testing knowledge
• Project Management experience
• Clinical Radiology experience preferred
