Job Summary

Baptist Health is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Budget/Financial Planning team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity located on the downtown Jacksonville campus of Baptist Health. This position requires two/three days onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Prepares complex financial proformas.
• Identifies service line opportunities.
• Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Identifies trends and presents to management.
• High level of familiarity with Excel and Access required.
• Must be able to work independently, problem solve, and communicate effectively.

*** Prior hospital finance experience required.
