Job Summary

This role serves as a consultant to management, system leaders, and HR teams on matters related to HR compliance. The position evaluates and anticipates the compliance-related needs of the HR department. This role involves establishing collaborative partnerships across the HR function to provide value-added services to leadership, consultants, contractors, vendors, and team members, aligning with the organization's business objectives. Maintains high operational standards system-wide through regular audits and the effective management of strategic projects.

Shift: Days but flexible based on business needs.
