Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Registered Vascular Ultrasound Technologist in our Ultrasound Department at Wolfson Children's Hospital. A Vascular Ultrasound Technologist uses non-invasive ultrasound techniques to image blood vessels, helping doctors diagnose and treat conditions like blockages, aneurysms, and other vascular problems. This is a Full-Time, Day shit position with a schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm. Call rotation and holiday coverage are to be expected.
As a Registered Vascular Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for:
- Performs high quality, diagnostic ultrasound and peripheral vascular procedures.
- Promotes good will amongst co-workers and other departments and has a positive, comforting demeanor with all patients.
- Is compliant with mandatory education and health requirements.

Experience
- Less than 1 year Songrapher Experience
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience with vascular ultrasound
License and Certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certification (CPR) Required
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Songrapher (ARDMS) Required Or
- Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Required
- Registered Technologist in Sonography ARRT (S) Required Or
- Registered Technologist in Vascular Sonography ARRT (VS) Required
- Registered Radiologic Technologist ARRT Required Or
- Licensed Radiologic Technologist Required Or
- Licensed Vascular Technologist Required Or
- Licensed Sonographer Required Or
