Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Vice President, Patient Care Services to join the Nursing Administrative team at Baptist South. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity located on the Baptist South campus.
Responsibilities:
- Ensures quality patient care and customer service for entire Baptist Hospital campus.
- Oversees all nursing management, nursing staff, and nursing support staff FTE's and unit budgets.
- Acts as liaison between health system administration and Hospital management and staff.
- Responsible for the administrative and organizational operations for nursing services.
- Collaborates with the governing board, senior leadership, management, medical staff, and clinical areas in fulfilling Baptist Health's mission to provide quality care by participating strategic planning, resource allocation and evaluation of patient outcomes.
- Accountable for developing working relationships with all key stakeholders.
*Certified Nursing Administrator within 2 yrs from date of hire.
