Baptist Medical Center Clay and Baptist Oakleaf ERs receive national 2021 Press Ganey Guardian of Excellence Awards®
The emergency departments at Baptist Clay and Baptist Oakleaf have been named 2021 Guardian of Excellence Award® winners by Press Ganey, the national leader in healthcare consumer and workforce engagement.
Press Ganey recognizes top-performing healthcare organization achieving the 95th percentile or above for performance in patient experience, which is measured by consumer ratings and how likely they are to recommend the medical center to others.
