Job Summary

Consults with patients about their current conditions, order diagnostics, analyze results, diagnose conditions and prescribe treatment strategies, including prescription medications. May also actively participate in research in the field, and advocate for policies that support the needs of elderly patients.
Providing care in patient homes, will need reliable transportation, valid drivers license with MVR at hire and annually, level 2 background clearance. Auto insurance.
Prefer geriatric, hospice palliative care experience.
