Job Summary
Baptist Medical Center is looking to add a Geriatric Psychologist role as part of our AgeWell Health Program at Nocatee Health Place.. This is a Full-time day's opportunity with some telehealth.
The Baptist Health AgeWell Institute, located in Nocatee, is seeking a Geriatric General Psychologist to join a rapidly growing senior health practice in Nocatee. The AgeWell Institute was formed in October 2012, and serves as the only comprehensive geriatric care program in Northeast Florida.
This is a Monday-Friday, outpatient position, and focuses on senior patients aged 65 and up. This position will see patients in person as well as via telehealth. Our preferred candidate will come ready to engage in an innovative, collaborative approach to care. As a Geriatric Psychologist, you will be responsible for:
- Diagnosis and psychological treatment services to patients with behavioral issues, using best practices in the field.
- Keeps up with medical record documentation and requests authorization for care as indicated by support staff and payors.

- 1-2 years Behavioral Health Experience with Geriatric Population
- Psy. D. or Phd
