We have 4 Rheumatology locations throughout Jacksonville to include the Beaches (Baptist Medical Center Beaches), Bartram Park (Baptist Medical Center South), Fleming Island (Baptist Medical Center Clay) and Southbank (Downtown Jacksonville).

  • Over 5 years Family Practice Experience Preferred
  • Over 5 years Pediatric Experience Preferred
  • 1-2 years Rheumotology Experience Preferred

License and Certification

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Rheumatology
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Preferred
  • Active and Unrestricted Physician License in Florida Required
  • Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) License Required
