About Me

I have recently moved to Jacksonville and am looking forward to exploring all this beautiful city has to offer. My husband and I are avid movie buffs and enjoy traveling and attending concerts. My own personal interests are less ambitious and include reading, gardening and overall being a homebody.

My philosophy of care is to examine my patients as a whole individual taking into account the nuisances that define us all as a person. This allows a more custom approach to their concerns as well as providing education that resonates with them. I truly believe that increasing patients' literacy about their medical conditions is a fundamental part of preventative care and overall well-being.

Going hand in hand with the importance of preventative care I also work with Yeah2Learn, a nonprofit organization that focuses on children and teenagers to provide them with in-depth foundational training around nutrition and other health-related topics in order radically transform the way we tackle the global health challenge.
