Kimberly Jones Biography and Information
Kimberly M. Jones joined Baptist Health as the Senior Vice President, Chief Philanthropy Officer of Baptist Health Foundation in September 2022. In this role, Jones is responsible for leading and growing all areas of fundraising and stewardship that are essential to the mission, vision and values of our nonprofit health system.
Prior to joining Baptist Health, she was Chief Development Officer for UF College of Medicine-Jacksonville and Assistant Vice President for UF Health-Jacksonville where she was responsible for all fundraising, engagement and development strategies and efforts across the continuum of donors. Prior to that, she led University Advancement at Jacksonville University, where she successfully completed a $120 million comprehensive fundraising campaign in collaboration with trustees, alumni, friends and faculty.
Jones is a versatile, mission-driven leader with more than two decades of experience in philanthropy and donor engagement in the non-profit sector. She enjoys working with supporters and is passionate in her belief that philanthropy plays a vital role in fueling the innovation and growth required to improve the health and well-being of the community.
Kimberly attended the University of Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and the University of North Florida where she received her Master of Business Administration.
Deeply rooted in the First Coast community, Kimberly remains active in numerous organizations including World Affairs Council, The Community Foundation, St. Paul’s Catholic Church and The Discovery School, just to name a few. She graduated from Leadership Jacksonville’s Class of 2022. In her time outside of work, Kimberly enjoys writing, reading, gardening, baking, and walking the beach looking for seashells with her husband and three children.
