Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to join our Medical Surgical Gastroenterlogist team at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time day shift position at our Baptist South Hospital

As a Assistant Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Delegating tasks to the nursing staff;
• Managing/checking the nursing schedule;
• Ensuring all shifts are covered;
• Conducting assessments and performance reviews;
• Tending to patient care as needed;
• Assisting physicians throughout the day.

Education Required

Associate's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience

• 3-5 Years Medical Surgical Experience
• Telemetry Experience
• Charge Nurse Experience
• Leadership Experience

License and Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Required
• Licensed Registered Nurse Required
