Job Summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Cardiac Program Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity will support multiple Baptist Health locations. 

As a Cardiac Program Coordinator you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with clinical staff, pre-hospital personnel, and community partners to support the delivery of superior quality, timely, and effective cardiac care to patients.
  • Your focus will include program planning, assessment, implementation, performance improvement, and education across various stakeholders, including patients, families, and staff in effort to achieve and maintain chest pain and cardiac certification programs. 
    The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in cardiac program coordination, quality improvement, data analysis, and EPIC systems, playing a pivotal role in optimizing patient care and operational efficiency.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Education Preferred

Master's Degree - Nursing

Experience

  • 3-5 Years Clinical Cardiac Experience
  • 1-2 years Program Coordination (Development, Execution, and Maintenance)
  • 1-2 years Emergency Department Experience
  • 1-2 years Cardiac Experience

License and Certification

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Required
  • Licensed Registered Nurse Required
