Job Summary

Baptist Health is looking to add a Clinical Decision Support Informatics Analyst at Baptist Jacksonville. This is a hybrid role

The Clinical Decision Support Informatics Analyst analyzes data to identify CDS opportunities and then collaborates with various teams to optimization the use of data and technology. They work to ensure that the enterprise’s decision-support strategies align with best practices and other requirements.  They help lead the CDS-related governance, maintain key CDS items such as OrderSets, and support the effective use of CDS tools, including dashboards

As the Clinical Decision Support Informatics Analyst you will be responsible for:

• The Clinical Decision Support Informatics Analyst promotes high-quality, cost-effective medical care, patient satisfaction, and healthcare provider/staff satisfaction throughout the Healthcare System by facilitating the efficient use of computers and information technology through metrics and benchmarking.
• Epic Certification required
• Certification Note: Active Epic Certification either as a Clinical Content or Physician Builder or in Clinical Informatics, Ambulatory, or Clinical Documentation Applications or similar required within the first 6 months.
• Dashboard creation experience
• Nursing/clinical experience highly preferred

• Workflow optimization experience
• Educational content creation experience
• Quality control validation & design

License and Certification
