Job Summary
To provide clinical expertise and leadership to plan, develop, and implement educational programs, standards of care, policies and procedures and competency assessment for specialized clinical areas/departments. The clinical practice partner will integrate educations, research, management, leadership, and consultation into clinical roles, and they function in collegial relationships with nursing peers and other professionals and individuals that influence the health environment. Education Note: MSN required within 18 months of hire.
