Job Summary
We are looking for a Clinical Resource Nurse to support our Pediatric CVICU and PICU at Wolfson Children's Hospital. This is a full time position with various shifts. The Clinical Resource Nurse will serve as a clinical resource for their assigned units, collaborate with nursing leaders, medical staff, and nursing staff and provide clinical support to improve patient care and patient outcomes in the pediatric inpatient areas. Other duties include:
Assess, plans, coordinate, and assist with daily patient care activities for identified patient population.
Ensure adherence to established clinical policies, protocols, regulations, and standards.
The advanced knowledge and skills required for this role include broad clinical expertise in pediatrics, evidence-based practice, mentoring, consultation, collaboration, education, and leadership.

Bachelor's Degree - Nursing

Experience
- 3-5 Years Acute Care Nursing Experience Required
- 1-2 years Leadership Experience Required
License and Certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition, Stabilization Certification (PEARS) Required Or
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Required Or
- Licensed Registered Nurse Required
