Job Summary
Baptist Health is eagerly seeking a highly skilled Clinical Technology Lead Principal Trainer to join our team in a full-time hybrid capacity.
The primary responsibilities include the upkeep and enhancement of training materials for system technologies. This role entails close collaboration with operational leaders across multiple departments to guarantee that training content remains current and precise. Moreover, this individual will actively contribute to creating educational resources concerning IS development and system updates. This position requires advanced knowledge of Epic.
As an Clinical Technology Lead Principal Trainer Requirement, you will be responsible for:
- The Clinical Technology Lead Principal Trainer is responsible for overseeing the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for end users in the use of clinical systems across the organization.
- The Lead Principal Trainer collaborates with project managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the training curriculum meets the needs and expectations of the learners and the business objectives.
- The Lead Principal Trainer also supervises, mentors, and supports a team of principal trainers and credentialed trainers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills, knowledge, and resources to deliver high-quality training.
- *Minimum of one Epic application certification.
- *Certified in at least one other application within the first 6 months into the position.
